Our group fitness classes are packed full of varying and constantly changing exercises. In addition to our open weight room, childcare, grab-and-go meals, and knowledgeable staff, you will have everything you need to change your life and feel confident doing it!
From running, to lifting, to HIIT, and yoga - Tiffany has a wide variety of certifications and experiences to deliver a top of class experience. Certified in personal training, nutrition coaching, yoga 300hr, and a running coach - Tiffany will get your heart rate elevated, build your strength and stamina, and bring your goals to the next level. She has ran track and field competitively, competed at the collegiate level, and ran Cross Country. After her college running career, she got into strength lifting- and still runs the occasional road race (mostly 5ks, 10ks, a half marathon and one day a marathon). She brings you a wide variety of experience and passion, with a focus on health & strength.
Coach Tiffany will oversee the group fitness programs (to include HIIT, bootcamp, Strength, and more) child care program, and local events in our community.
Long time fitness enthusiast to bring you strength, functional fitness, adventurous challenges, and the motivation to be your very best! Competitively, she played basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and still currently active on local volleyball teams. Erin has spent the last few years crushing it in a coaching role as a certified trainer. She not only led teams to make the podium at events like Festivus, but she also supports individuals accomplishing their own goals. Adding in her nutritional training, recovery training, and being a CF-L1 trainer - Erin plans to elevate your experience on the mats and push you beyond your limits!
Coach Erin will oversee the CrossFit program, open weight room, and bring teams to competitions!
