We offer high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, as well as functional training with Olympic lifting.


No...we provide all necessary equipment for our classes!


We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and make sure you bring your water bottle.


That's perfectly okay!! We will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. This may include giving you some moderations for any movements you are less comfortable performing!


Anyone can do CrossFit! We will have a foundations class where we can review skills and get your baseline set before jumping right in. Review our class schedule to see when the next foundations classes will be!
